Password for login

The app requires that my password has a mixture of upper and lower case. However, my password for CRM is only lower case. I don't think I should need to change my password in order to use this application.

David, no there is absolutely no need to change your password. You should be able to enter what you have already.

I have the same issue. The installer was not accepting my password until I created a new password and with upper, lower and special characters.

I'm verifying this again.
We know that one of our older installation had imposed a restriction like that. Which shouldn't have been like that. I'm double checking to see if the newer versions of the installer have that removed,
